The Pre-Construction Flip System (The PCFS) uses leverage while shifting risk to double money over a 6-month period.

The Real Estate Deal Management System (The REDMS), a proprietary “closed sales system” that manages and shifts risk while using leverage to produce at least a 25% cash on cash ROI over a 3-6-month period for the Equity Investor (flipper) on EVERY DEAL.
