In our effort to keep things simple, we allow you to request a cash refund of all or part of your P.O.T. S. Card Account balance at any time. No questions asked.
Here are a few details you need to know:
- It takes us up to 90 days to process your refund.
- We process refunds currently through PayPal via your email account (though this may change in the future).
- As soon as you make a refund request, that amount is deducted from your P.O.T.S. Card Account balance and is no longer part of the daily balance we use to determine how much credit you receive each month for not spending money.
